As 360's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Shafran oversees the Company's development of portfolio companies, including the entertainment and media division and the internet gaming group. Mr. Shafran oversees the day-to-day operations of all of 360's businesses.

Mr. Shafran has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. He also produces and promotes concerts in the Hudson Valley region. He has served as a legal, as well as, business consultant to numerous small businesses throughout his career. Mr. Shafran received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from SUNY-Binghamton, and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.

Bruce W. Minsky has his own general law practice based in Rockland County. Mr. Minsky holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University as well as a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. He also serves as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of New Hempstead.

Tapping into our team's longstanding relationships with some of the most innovative people in the entertainment, computer/internet, gaming and finance industries today, we are building a dynamic and synergistic total entertainment and production company. Our connections and relationships in the entertainment industry will provide us the luxury of having quality projects come to us, rather than having to seek them out.

360 will shortly hire a full complement of management and support staff, who will be involved in business development, sales, administration, financing and compliance.
